Greetings Pint-Sized Pyromaniacs!
We just wanted to quickly let you all know that the physical rewards have shipped! Some of you may even have received your packages already, and if yours hasn't shown up yet, I would expect it in the next few days.
We are super proud of these pamphlets, and couldn't be happier with how they came out from the printer. We can't wait for you to use them in your campaigns!
You should have received all of your digital rewards by this point as well - if you think you never received your PDFs, don't hesitate to get in touch, and we'll make sure we get it out to you ASAP.

PDF/Fulfillment Update

Greetings Patient Pint-Sized Pyros!
First off, we are stoked to let you know that all the PDFs are out! During the last week or so nearly all of you should have received download links for your PDF copies of both pamphlets, as well as any other digital rewards you backed. If you have any problems with the files, or feel like you may not have received one, please don't hesitate to reach out and we will do our best to get things sorted as quickly as possible.
Second, we want to acknowledge that we've fallen a few weeks behind our projected release schedule. A set of circumstances including a bout of COVID for Ted, some printing/shipping delays, and probably a little understimation, conspired to set us a bit behind, and of course the holiday season hasn't helped. We extend our apologies for the delay, and our appreciation for your patience as we were dealing with these inconveniences and putting the finishing touches on these pamphlets!
The good news is that the wait is almost over! We received proof versions of both pamphlets last week, made a few small adjustments and corrections based on the early looks, and sent the final orders back out. One of the fun things about working in a smaller print format is that the production turnaround tends to be much quicker, so barring unforseen issues and circumstances, we plan to have these pamphlets back out the door to all of you ASAP!
The next time we get in touch, it should be to tell you that your pamphlets are on the way!

Backerkits, PDFs, and a live stream!

Greetings Fireworks Fanatics and Junior Sleuths!
We're so excited to share that we're 100% finished writing and designing both pamphlets! We're currently just giving them a final proof check, with a plan to fulfill orders shortly after Thanksgiving!
As we get the files ready for the printer there are just a few things for you to be looking out for. First, we will be sending out backerkit surveys in the next week or two. If you pledged at a physical reward tier, you will be asked to pay for shipping, and you will all have the opportunity to confirm your information, upgrade your pledge, or add other items to your order.
Second, we expect to fulfill all digital rewards before Thanksgiving, so expect to see those PDFs appear in your inbox sometime in the next week or so.
While you wait, you will be able to find both of us this Thursday evening (11/17) at 8 pm as part of the monthly Sewer Rats Inc. show, with our friends Joey Royale of Get Haunted Industries, and Brian Shutter, creator of Neon Lords of the Toxic Wasteland. The show is a forum for us to talk about and promote the indie games and creators we love and admire, and to gush about the media that has influenced us in our game design. What Fireworks Do You Want to See?/Fulfillment Timelines

Progress Update
We've been cruising along with work on both pamphlets and we are super excited about how they're shaping up. This project has given us the opportunity to take on a pretty wide rage of material when it comes to content and design and it has been quite rewarding and a lot of fun so far. FIreworks Blowout! leans into it's graphic design, providing the look and feel of vintage fireworks packaging, which will hopefully add a little authenticity and nostalgia to your tables! Something Stinky This Way Skates, on the other hand, packs a full adventure, complete with hooks, secrets, lore, NPCS, and creatures, into a single pamphlet. By its nature, it's a more text-heavy module, so we've focused on presenting the contents in the most functional and efficient layout we can. We've decided to keep the previews for Something Stinky under wraps for the time being so as to avoid spoilers, etc, but after our last round of edits, we're feeling really stoked on it and we know you will be too!
What Fireworks Do You Want to See?
Here's a peek at the interior spread for Fireworks Blowout!, which will serve as a fireworks menu for you and/or your players. You'll notice there are two blank spaces; once we finished designing the spread, we realized we had room for two more fireworks than we'd come up with in our original project documents. While we're pretty excited about the 8 items we cooked up, we thought it would be really fun to hear what fireworks all of you would like to see included. Reply with your suggestions (direct messages are fine too!), and we will include the two ideas that garner the most positive responses. If we need to decide between more than two, we'll look into putting together a simple poll, but in the meantime - let us know what you want to see!
Fulfillment Timeline
At this point, we anticipate that the print documents should all be finalized by the end of the month (if not sooner!). While printing turnarounds are expected to be fairly quick for this project, we're hesitant to provide a definite timeline until we are closer to the print order date, but we feel quite confident in a November fulfillment at this point. Rest assured you'll be hunting cryptids and playing with fire in no time!

Greetings all you young Explosives Experts and Cryptid Catchers,
Thank you all so much for making these zines happen! We made it to the finish line at more than 300% funded, which feels great. As long as you all keep turning out, we plan to keep making more awesome content for Don't Tell Mom & Dad, and beyond, for as long as we can!
We wanted to keep it short and sweet and mainly say thank you, but we also want you to know that work on these pamphlets is well underway. The content is complete and ready to go, and the layouts are in progress, so we anticipate a quick turnaround on these and we still feel good about an October delivery date. We should be back with our next update soon - and the chances are good we'll have some sneak peeks to share!
